Use this page to exercise your consumer data rights. Select the type of request below.
For your security, we will send a one-time confirmation link or code to the email you provided. We'll start the process only after you verify.
We will provide a copy of all personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, recordings metadata, and app usage data.
We delete your profile, content you created (e.g., recordings), and app usage data from our active systems, and we instruct our service providers to delete related data where applicable (e.g., Supabase, AWS storage/processing, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Sentry crash logs).
Some records may be kept where required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims (e.g., billing/transaction records, security or fraud logs). Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis; deletion propagates to backups within 30 days.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by you with Apple/Google. We cannot cancel them on your behalf. Please cancel any active subscription from your store account; your in-app access will end when deletion completes.
If your content appears in other people's family spaces, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in those items. Others may retain their own content.
We can correct inaccurate profile information, account details, and metadata associated with your content. Please describe the specific data that needs correction and provide the correct values.
We will provide a machine-readable export of all your personal data, including profile information, recordings metadata, and associated content.
Your data will be provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g., JSON or CSV). Media files will be provided in their original format.
We acknowledge and act on verified requests within one month. If the request is complex, we may extend by up to two additional months and will notify you. You'll receive a confirmation when your request is complete.
If you still have the app installed, you can start deletion from Settings → Delete account.
